Waterfront Hotel Brighouse, Brighouse

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were very nice, and the beds were so comfortable. The lady at reception was welcoming, and our room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The included dinner and breakfast were superb, with dinner from the ala carte menu at the hotel's Italian restaurant PREGO and breakfast served buffet style in a separate dining room.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although basic in design, were a nice size and clean. The Italian restaurant provided one of the best meals I have had, and the staff were incredibly friendly. However, there were some challenges with contractors in the dining area. The location was convenient, close to the town center with parking available, making it easy to access everything from restaurants to the railway station. The facilities were good, but a few areas could be improved for better guest experience.

The hotel's location in the center of town was very convenient, but the rooms overlooking the main road were noisy without double glazing. The attentive service provided by the staff stood out, although the dining experience was affected by some disruptive guests. Overall, a well-located hotel with some room for improvement in noise insulation and guest behavior during meals.

Room 207 was a great value for the money, with a spacious bedroom featuring a huge comfortable double bed and a large bathroom. However, noise from outside could be disruptive, especially late at night.

The hotel is situated in a central location, making it convenient for accessing various amenities and services. The rooms are clean and a good size, albeit a bit dated and warm. The service provided was top-notch, with staff being very attentive and accommodating. The facilities were satisfactory, offering guests a comfortable stay overall.
